Our standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks from the date of your order.

All blazers are fully refundable within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the blazer must be unused and returned with the original tags attached. 

Yes. If you customize the fit or style of your blazer, you may still return it for a full refund of the blazer price. Please note that the Customization Fee ($125) is non-refundable. 

We’re very confident in the quality of our fit, which is why we offer a Fit Guarantee.

If you feel your blazer needs an adjustment after receiving it, simply take it to a local tailor and we’ll cover the cost. We reimburse up to $55 for alterations on your jacket. 

Just upload your alteration receipt and we’ll process your reimbursement within 7 business days. The Fit Guarantee is valid for 30 days after delivery.  

Unfortunately, items that have been altered are not eligible for a refund.

• Review sizing and fit preferences to ensure the best possible fit 

For the best experience, we recommend having a measuring tape and a friend to assist with measurements during the appointment.

2. Use our AI Sizer to generate your custom measurements online.  

Our AI Sizer is a short online quiz that helps determine your custom size. Once you answer a few questions, our machine learning model analyzes your responses and generates personalized measurements for your blazer.
